Referring to previous reports , we are publishing a presentation of how to use the sheet for the evaluation of the market value of undeveloped land, prepared at the request of the Racibórz commune. On the example of the valuation of any undeveloped land property, we have presented the course of the valuation process.

Several years of experience in using such a solution for the needs of local government services has convinced us to the legitimacy of creating such solutions for the purposes of managing public real estate. Users and recipients of valuations value the openness and full objectivity of the valuation process, the uniformity of the system (minimizing conflicts currently resulting from unequal treatment of property owners and users by different valuers based on different criteria, based on different price sets and using different methodological assumptions) and also the possibility of using the system for auxiliary functions in the tasks of control and internal audit.
